JM Bands Mattress Fundraiser is at Rochester Century HS from 10 am-5 pm this Saturday, October 4th. There will be 35+ mattresses set up to try from brands like Purple, Helix, Beautyrest, Therapedic & more, at great prices. Also available are adjustable power bases, luxury pillows & premium sheets. All sizes, styles, & comfort levels are made-to-order with full factory warranties. Financing and delivery are also available! This is just like a retail store, except that every purchase supports the Band!
Our John Marshall Career Exploration Class is seeking classroom presenters to speak on the Career Fields of manufacturing, STEM, transportation and/or architecture. A huge THANK YOU to the Community Feedback Coaches that came in today to provide guidance & encouragement to our students' and their business ideas.
This event is to kick off the STEM Fair season, and it goes from 10 AM to 1 PM and is open for students between 7th and 12th grade. This link is the registration page. However, students do not need to register to come to the event. There will be information about the upcoming STEM Fair as well as a panel of women in STEM Careers to talk about their experience and how they got to where they are today. I think this will be an excellent event for students in 7th to 12th grade.
