MEET OUR PRINCIPALS
Kris Davidson - Principal

Welcome to the Gage family. Not only is it important that you know you are a member of the Gage family, but also that you are an important member of our family. Know that you are supported by a staff that will always put our kids first in all that we do. Our goal is to continue to develop and enhance a culture that is inclusive of all that supports 100% of all of our futures, our kids. We are excited to serve and lead our community.
What's the best part about being a key leader in RPS?
The best part of being a Gage staff member is seeing the shine in every person we interact with daily. The emotional and academic growth that our kids display drives us all at Gage to always look to do better. Simply stated, our kids deserve our best each day, and it is an honor to be a part of their lives.
About Me
For me, personally, every child that walks through our doors I consider to be my child. I have three children with my wife, Jennifer, who mean the world to me, and over 700 children that deserve love, respect, and guidance every day, who mean the world to me as well. Having a purpose-driven life allows us all to wake up each day knowing we are building a positive future for us all. The balance between my love of family and commitment to each of you is always at the forefront of who I am.

About Me
I have been an administrator at Gage since 2018. Before that, I was an instructional coach, an implementation associate in Curriculum and Instruction, and a 5th-grade teacher at RPS. I taught for 5 years in Tennessee before moving to Rochester in 2002. I am married and have one son and one granddaughter. I also have a pet basset hound named Ruby. I love Minnesota Twins baseball!
